About
Whichever Way You Look At It' is an illustration exhibitionthat will run at the Fleapit Gallery from OCT 28th - NOV 25th.
The show captures the artists' alternative and refreshing perception of the everyday. Through social observation and documentation of an array of situations experienced by the collective, they show their unique and twisted perspectives, stamping a unified viewpoint and message upon their works. The exhibition's subject matter covers the awkward situations thrown up by 'a normal day' and the strange characters they happen to meet in their day-to-day environment.
Evolving out of the level 2 BA (hons) Graphic Arts course at Winchester School of Art, they aim to illustrate a fresh approach and way of thinking that will inspire and excite viewers of their work.
The Fleapit gallery has recently shown some astounding artists, designers and illustrators including Bob London, Tom Wilmot, Ian Stevenson, Hellovon, Holly Wales, Supermundane, Marcus Oakley.
The results of a long summer spent working on this project will provide an intriguing insight into each artist's mindset through the power of image-making and design.
