In its first year the Prize received over 2,700 entries, making it the third largest submission for an open competition. Selectors Richard Cork (New Statesman art critic) and Brian Sewell (Evening Standard art critic) join shortlisted artist Tai-Shan Schierenberg to debate the question 'What's the future for figurative art?' Karen Wright, co-founder of Modern Painters, will chair the discussion. For tickets please call 020 7930 6844. Entry include a free glass of wine. Advance booking is recommended.
