Water-land Deptford Creek
About
WORKSHOP: 18 October, 1-5pm, £5Join us for a fun photography workshop ' a great chance to flex your creative muscles, gain some confidence in taking photographs, meet likeminded photography enthusiasts and have your images published online on the Viewfinder website.
We'll meet at the gallery at 1pm, and after three ideas relating to the current exhibition (entitled Water-land Deptford Creek in which a group of Architecture students photographed Deptford Creek focusing on signs of usage and human occupation) we set off for an hour taking photographs inspired by these themes. Participants will also be offered the option of photographically illustrating African stories relating to rivers, as part of Black History Month. We'll reconvene at the gallery to show each other the photographs taken (a very friendly affair!), a selection of which will be published on the Viewfinder website. The workshop ends around 5pm.
Please bring a digital camera and your camera cable with you.
