ARTIST TALK: Wed 6 April 2011, 7.30-9pm 125 YEARS OF PHOTOGRAPHY: A presentation evening looking back at 125 Years of Warrington Photographic Society. WPS has in its possession 652 glass 6x6 lantern slides, dating from 1891 to the early 1960s. This collection is a fascinating historical record of the work of WPS! The society will be giving a presentation providing an overview of the collection and a flavour for the diversity of the images. The evening is free to attend and refreshments will be available from the gallery coffee shop. All welcome, please see flyer attached for more info. We hope you can join us in celebrating the fantastic work of WPS!
