About
Walking With The Unseen is a creative project to encourage people to talk more openly about mental health.
Walking With The Unseen is a project developed by the Heston & Cranford Local Advisory Group. It encourages people to speak more openly about the everyday emotions and mental health challenges that can affect us all.
The work in this exhibition was made by members of the local community in 2018, during a photography workshop led by Becky Warnock and a poetry workshop led by Niina Molière-Palapa.The work explores unusual ways to look at the everyday, encouraging an open discussion about the feelings that are often left unspoken and unseen.
The exhibition can be viewed when the Arts Centre is open.
