About
A tempting féte of synesthesia the old fashioned way, using symbology, schnitzleresque cymbalology, diamond simulants, swabian knots and luminous browns.
Wag Bag On Stellar Shore is a collaboration between Conal McStravick and Jamie Grier with dark lights and bright sounds, taking place over 3 nights at Lowsalt, with slight variations in the show each night. Both artists are resident in Glasgow. Conal was born in Lurgan N Ireland 1979 and graduated from GSA in 2005. He currently works for Art in Hospital and Transmission Gallery. Since graduating, he has shown with Emerged ('Plumbum') in 2006 and Transmission Gallery at the Gothenburgh Biennial ('All black is not bright white') in 2007. Jamie is from Glasgow and likes to mess with sound; having graduated from nowhere (in nothing). Other/previous projects include 'Not these tones' (Project Rooms Glasgow), Park Attack (Textile Records), Thápoke and Simlpon (Iridite Records) and the Wisp (coming soon). He occasionally records other peoples' music.
