Vital contrasts, high and low profile stances, wide-ranging existential reflections on whether or others. All in the works of eight international artists, as always from the Ospizio Giovani Artisti Collection.

Pierre Ajavon (Paris, France, 1966) lives and works in Paris. After sociology studies focused on psychedelic culture, he embarked on a long musical journey as a composer, arranger and multi-instrumentalist. While in 2013 he began training as a sound engineer, Pierre turned to video art to expand his field of artistic expression. He directs many experimental short films which he ensures shooting, editing and musical production. The video quickly imposes itself as an aesthetic tool essential to his creations. He continues his artistic research by making digital works (on aluminum and plexiglas).

Greta Isabella Conte (Cologne, Germany, 1990) is a young cinematographer, photographer and film director. With 23 years, she moved to Hamburg where she worked as a camera assistant and where her career as a camerawoman started. Since 2016 she lives in Berlin where she studies cinematography at the renown Filmuniversity Babelsberg Konrad Wolf. He works in the film industry (in 2017 he made an erotic short film produced by Erika Lust as a director), and at the same time continues his research in nude photography.

Kuesti Fraun (Wiesbaden, Germany, 1976) Graduated in drama, cinema and TV, he founded the creative collective Mobtik in 1999. Multi-award-winning independent filmmaker, his works have been projected at the Louvre Museum in Paris, at the Museum of Multimedia Art in Moscow, at the EXPO in Milan, at the Kunstpalast in Düsseldorf, receiving nominations for Marler Videoartprize and ArtFilmFestival in Cannes, at the NASA and Cinema Arts Society Houston, and many more.

Werther Germondari (Rimini, Italy, 1963) Visual artist, performer and filmmaker. Interested in innovative experimental dynamics that are neo-conceptual and situational, characterized by a taste for the ironic and surreal, Germondari has experimented for 35 years through many different expressive media (from painting to installations, photography to film, videos to live performance). Germondari's works have also been shown in solo exhibitions where he focuses on hidden elements highlighted in styles. In 2013 he founded the Ospizio Giovani Artisti.

Slawomir J Milewski (Lidzbark Warminski, Poland, 1979). London based polish artist and filmmaker, he completed his Master degree at University of Fine Arts in Poznan, Poland. He was awarded a scholarship by Universite Rennes 2 in Rennes, France. His films has been presented and awarded at numerous festivals and exhibitions in North and South America, Europe and Australia. “For filmmaker Slawomir Milewski, the ultimate transgression is not living life to the fullest; refusing to embrace life and instead, travailling in a grey, dull space void of joy”. (Eluxe Magazine)

Fran Orallo (Badajoz, Spagna, 1979). In 2001 he moved to Valencia where he graduate in art in the Technical University of Valencia (UPV). During this period he moved with an Erasmus scholarship to Bordeaux College of Art Bordeaux (France) the second semester of the year 2004/05 and participate in different collective expositions organized by the university. He currently resides in Glasgow, Scotland and his work has been shown in several exhibitions, biennales, ferias and international festivals all over the world, having projected his work in more than 30 countries.

Lorenzo Papanti (Pontedera, Italy, 1989) works in the field of visual arts, particularly in video art. The investigation of the physical and mental space, the perception of matter and the laws that govern it through the performative action, represent a constant of his artistic research, questioning the apparently univocal relationship between object and subject. In 2017 he was chosen by Roberto Ronca for 'Contemporary Visions', an event that involves video art in an articulated and shared path in different parts of the world.

Giovanni Prosperi (Ancona, Italy, 1956) has been writing poetry, stories, fairy tales and theater for the inseparable voice of Maurizio Boldrini since he was six. The word for Giovanni Prosperi is everything. With this, he adds, subtracts, snaps, bends, deviates, to find a near horizon of high stitching and a thin artfully cut mosaic. In its labyrinths where the entrance is the exit, and the exit is the entrance, one is willingly lost. Over time, he developed a great interest in visual poetry, debtor Apollinaire and Emilia Villa with her aesthetic: "We will make art with everything".
