Visual Encounters with Palestine: Aesthetics and Ethics
On Palestine artist/scholar Annie Pfingst in conversation with Professor Marsha Rosengarten

About

Marsha Rosengarten is a Professor of Sociology at Goldsmiths University of London. She is co-director of the Centre for Invention and Social Process with an interest in interdisciplinarity, aesthetics and ethics. Dr Annie Pfingst brings an interdisciplinary visual, archival and discursive practice to her apprehension of Palestine. Her photographic works in the exhibition On Palestine form part of an ongoing inquiry into the materiality and spatiality of emergency landscapes and geographies of resistance. She is Visiting Research Fellow in Sociology at Goldsmiths.
