REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
COVID 19

We will follow scientific, government, and local advice at all times.

Cancellations made in accordance, response or relating to COVID 19 restrictions or guidance such as the impact of test and trace, national or local regulation, the decision or requirement of tutors, students, or staff to self-isolate will be subject to different terms and conditions to those detailed below under our general policy.

We will endeavor to provide the most equitable and supportive solution for tutors and students.

If we need to cancel your booking or activity for any reason relating to Covid 19 we will first attempt to find a way that the remaining sessions can be completed remotely either through online or distance learning with the tutor.

In some circumstances, we may look at rescheduling the activity for a later date or offering alternative products to the same or higher value.

If these alternative solutions are not deemed by us to be viable then we will provide refunds for the proportion canceled in the case of activities canceled mid-way through or whole of the booking for activities yet to start.

Cancellation by us
If we find it necessary to cancel a class, workshop, or session, all participants/students will be notified immediately. If a course must be canceled completely, we will give students the opportunity of a full refund or will transfer their payment to another course available, on the grounds that there are still spaces available.

If unplanned or unforeseen circumstances prompt a singular session of a multi-week course to be canceled, we will contact all students immediately, informing them of an alternative date to make up the total amount of sessions. Alternatively, the offer of a refund for the singular session cost will be available. We will refund the student(s) within two weeks of the session cancellation date.

Cancellation by You
We will provide a refund if you give advance notice of 7 working days before the course start date that you will not be taking up your place on a course.

Please note there is an administration fee of  £10 payable in respect of refunds.

You will need to speak to us who will make a note of your withdrawal and ask you to put your reason for withdrawal in writing to info@unpredictable.info

Please note, if you withdraw after the course has started you will not be entitled to a refund.

If a student is unable to attend a class due to illness, then we must be informed immediately so that the Tutor / Artist Educator can be notified.

Non-attendance of classes/workshops does not automatically mean a refund, however, we will consider the circumstances with fair and reasonable consideration.
