Ala Dehghan is a multimedia artist concerned with the social and political power structures intrinsic to life under late capitalism. Examining the physical and virtual configurations of these structures through the lenses of post-humanism and intersectional feminism, she engages collage, assemblage and montage techniques to construct visual systems that investigate and complicate these subjects using both organic and technological elements.
