First exhibition of the Italian duo artists in the UK. An all-around retrospective of Urbansolid’s past and present work.
About
Urbansolid, sculptural street art’s pioneers, will once again be overseas, this
time for a solo exhibition.
Their first appearance in London’s streets was back in 2013, and ever since
then some of their main pieces have taken over the Anglo-Saxon imaginary;
Adam & Eve, Audio Surveillance Zones and TV Screens with their televiewer,
have invaded people’s minds and never left them. The exposition will consist
in an all-around retrospective of Urbansolid’s past and present work, in order
to put the spectator in contact with those themes and symbols that were
mostly studied by the two street artists.
The exhibition will take place at The Brick Lane Gallery, located in London’s
east-side amenities, and will host a multisensory Opening on Tuesday May
30th, from 6.00 PM. During the Vernissage, artistic cooperator Mario Silva
will propose a Video-Painting happening to those who will attend the show
