A wonderful opportunity to see the diverse paintings of 15 figurative artists responding to the contemporary urban encounter.

About

The first group exhibition by Urban Contemporaries offering an exciting salon-style Exhibition with over 80 paintings on view. The artists use combinations of careful observation, photographs, private archives, film and other media transposed into paint to record personal encounters with city existence. This Exhibition will provide new stories and narratives, exploring the sense of intimacy and detachment specific to cities.
