About

Inspired by Jamie Shovlin's artwork The Birds in her Garden, the Hatton staff went twitching (bird-spotting) in the gallery's picture store. We selected works ranging from the 17th to the 20th Century that depict birdlife. These works include examples of painting, printmaking, drawing and textiles, reflecting the diversity of the collection.
