Travel to Italy and take oil painting lessons from artist Garrett Speirs. Explore ancient towns, paint en plein air, stay in a traditional family-owned inn, and enjoy all the delights that Tuscany has to offer.
About
You will have one or two daily tutored painting sessions with artist Garrett Speirs who will demonstrate through examples how to transpose the beautiful surrounding landscape onto the canvas. You will discover a new place every day, visit the medieval towns of Montepulciano and Montalcino (known for its noble wine), explore and paint the churches of Sant'Antimo, visit the Abbey of Monte Oliveto Maggiore that houses the frescos of Signorelli and Sodama, and discover hidden valleys and other small villages along the way.
*Guests can work in any medium they prefer, but lessons will be given specifically in oils.*
