Trickster: the imaginary mind

About

A group exhibition exploring the subject of the mythological character Trickster. The exhibition will explore the relationships between mythology and creativity in contemporary culture and society. The content of the work will present images of fantasy worlds integrated into the real, sinister and godly objects, uncanny morphological creations and conceptual imagery and installation challenging the conventions of contemporary culture and democratic establishments. Exhibition is facilitated in house for the first time in Forman's Smokehouse Galleries discourse and debuts curator David Marchant.
