A comprehensive drawing workshop, covering classical and contemporary drawing techniques.
About
This comprehensive drawing workshop will cover classical and representational drawing techniques, as well as expressive and experimental modern and contemporary drawing techniques; inspired by artists throughout history.
You will get the opportunity to improve your observational and expressive drawing skills and try techniques inspired by artists such as Da Vinci, Rembrandt, Max Ernst, George Seurat and Susan Morris, and create a series of quick and more developed drawings over the course of the workshop.

Tutor: Sophia Shuvalova
Sophia Shuvalova is an artist, curator and art teacher. Her repertoire includes both traditional and experimental approaches, whilst the choice of medium ranges from oil on canvas and silverpoint drawing to installation and textile work. She holds a studio at Outpost Studios, Norwich.
Sophia graduated in Fine Art from NUA, and regularly exhibits in Norwich, Cambridge and London. She is also the founder of Em-Re-Un - a contemporary arts organisation specialising in production of multidisciplinary exhibitions and events.
