Trading Places will be the final show at Studio 73's Brixton Village location and celebrates the camaraderie and friendship of the traders in the market that Studio 73 has called home over the past 10 years.
About
Through 30 photographic portraits Trading Places will celebrate the diverse mix of people that have been part of daily life in Brixton Village market over the past 10 years, and the friendship and camaraderie that continues through changing habits and trends. The show is an appreciation of the people that make it such a special place to work, trade and shop and the unique community Studio 73 has been proud to be part of.
The show runs from Tuesday 29th September until Sunday 4th October.
Gallery founder and photographer Adrian Flower opened Studio 73 October 2010. The space has hosted new and emerging artists from South London and, latterly, artists from Europe and the United States.
Studio 73 will continue online and has plans for London wide pop up shows.
