Impressions Gallery, in collaboration with Autograph ABP, present a special evening of film screenings and talks to support our exhibition not Natasha, discussing sex trafficking from a national, regional and global perspective.

About

Speakers and screenings include: Ӣ Diana Wallis MEP for Yorkshire and Humberside and the first British woman to be elected Vice-President of the European Parliament in twenty years. Ӣ Ruth Beni, Film Director, will present an animated short film, Two Little Girls, a powerful cautionary tale about the sex trafficking trade. Ӣ Professor Gary Craig, Visiting Professor at the University of Durham, who has extensive knowledge of social justice and slavery issues. Ӣ Emma Boyd, Autograph ABP will present the film, Torture by Any Other Name featuring Emma Thompson and produced by the Helen Bamber Foundation. There will also be the opportunity to join in a discussion and view the exhibition not Natasha by Dana Popa. This hard-hitting and harrowing project documents the experiences of sex-trafficked women from Moldova. Free event. Booking advised.
