About
After 32 years working on the railway, followed by 10 years in the NHS, Ratty X took early retirement and was able to realise his dream of wandering the riverbanks in search of the landscape, birds, and wildlife he loves. His creative abilities and keen eye took him from the rugged reaches of Scotland to picturesque villages looking for the perfect image.
Traveling the length and breadth of the UK in search of waterfalls and stormy skies, Ratty is hoping to broaden his horizons in the coming years. His images reflect his deep love of the wild places, castles, cathedrals and the rugged coastline which maps the history of our land.
He has exceptional talent which produces stunning results.
