Threshold is inspired by the history of labour beneath the surface of the Forest of Dean, Threshold's large interlocking walls reveal a patchwork of mined rock faces cast from Clearwell Caves. Sited by a sheltered pond deep in the Forest the sculpture invites visitors to walk through and immerse themselves within sculptural walls imprinted with ancient mining activity.
