‘This is not an exit’ by Lizz Brady will showcase ambitious installation, sound and video art within an experimental, interactive space.

About

‘This is not an exit’ Inspired by the Winchester House this is a skeleton of an installation, a memory. Taking things away, the space is simplified and raw. When all building work is exhausted, doors will open up to brick walls, windows will be in the ceiling and stairways will lead to nowhere. Another influence for the work is the Buddhist philosophy of Sunyata, which refers to empty space/the void. The work explores the non-self nature of experience.
