About

Übermensch is a solo exhibition by Roberto Foddai.
In the show Foddai presents a series of illustrations and objects inspired by the work of Nietzsche. Foddai’s anthropomorphic mice lives and actions are a metaphor of human existence. With his images Foddai illustrates different elements of Nietzsche’s Moral and Political Philosophy.

Roberto Foddai is a London-based artist who has exhibited photography, installations, and illustrations in museums and galleries both nationally and internationally.


His work was recently exhibited in Tokyo at Yoyogi Gallery. He has had exhibitions at the Guardian Gallery in London, Casa del CINEMA in Rome, Expop Teatro in Cagliari, Guernsey Photography Festival, The Lightbox Gallery in Woking, City Of Women in Ljubljana, the Crypt of St Pancras Church in London, HDLU in Zagreb, New York Photo Festival, Kortil Gallery in Rijeka. His work was also published in many publications including The Huffinton Post, Dazed Digital, La Repubblica, L’Unità, L’officiel and GT magazine.
