The Spotlight Market returns to Clapton’s MKII, gathering together an eclectic lineup of established and emerging antiques dealers. The fair is a must-visit for design conscious buyers looking to invest in one-of-a-kind art, sculpture, objects and furniture that will stand the test of time.

About

Visitors to The Spotlight Market will be invited to shop from a meticulous edit with highlights including:

-A mix of tactile and sculptural works by Porter Studio, the brainchild of ex-Burbery designer Liz Porter, whose finds include modernist and unique hand-crafted pieces embracing natural materials such as wood, stone and metals.

-Beautiful undiscovered yet functional pieces sourced from across France, Belgium and the British isles by ex-footwear designer and The Spotlight Market co-founder Katie Ridges.

-20th Century paintings, sculptures and design pieces from HUTT, hand-sourced by Bristol-based founder Mollie Riach, whose passion for art and design is reflected in the pieces she collects, with a strong emphasis on the quality of materials, design and craftsmanship.

-Decorative antiques and fine art from Scout, founded by fashion industry insiders and husband-and-wife team Mark Baverstock and Katie Felstead. Expect pared back pieces with a sense of integrity and history.

-Curated furniture and design objects from Stowaway London, a partnership between Sophie Ruth and The Spotlight Market co-founder Sam Ridges, who are known for sourcing one-of-kind pieces united in their style, form, quality and authenticity.

Guests will be able to browse the vintage and tactile collections of Passé The Store, Mary Hossack’s eclectic decorative finds, and an assemblage of mid-century furniture, lighting, and characterful objects from Jonathon Low Antiques as well as hand-selected pieces by Kestrel Antiques. They will also discover Forsberg and Soane’s unique vintage art and furniture sourced in Sweden by founder Cecilia Aronsson, a mix of 20th century furniture, art and objects sourced by Disjecta Membra, and a line up of esoteric antiques from PUSH // PULL. Other highlights include Bronek London’s selection of mid century, modernist and antique pieces and vintage and non-conventional furniture finds courtesy of Dandy DGSN.

A delectable selection of bites courtesy of British Roux Scholarship Finalist Lewis Linley will be available for guests of the Friday evening session, and Milk and Side Hustle Coffee will be providing hot drinks and cold beverages.
