Traditional yet creative, the event embarks on a meditative journey of Buddhism, Confucianism and Daoism, with the Chinese Tea Ceremony accompanied by traditional Chinese music. Free tea tasting and sample. The tea ceremony is a combination of Audrey's own creation with elements of an ancient Chinese tea ceremony from the Tang Dynasty (618-907AD). Dennis Lee's musical performance will accompany the audience as they taste the teas, providing an evocative soundscape to the ceremony. All the tea used is the best premium quality loose leaf tea and is provided by The Chinese Tea Company.
