The Refugee's Gift - Bill Knight Photography Exhibition

The exhibition will showcase the work of London based photographer, Bill Knight, and will illustrate the vital contribution refugees make to life in the United Kingdom. Here are people who have escaped persecution in their own country, and subsequently benefited from our long tradition of offering asylum. They may have arrived recently from conflicts in Syria, Eritrea, or Somalia, or sought safety decades ago from Hitler's Germany. Men and women, young and old, rich and poor, most of whom will have arrived with few material possessions — but all of whom came with an unstoppable determination to make a new life.
