Lisa-Marie Harris presents a solo exhibition at The Lightbox, after receiving The Ingram Prize for her work, The Delivery (2022). Now in its 7th year, The Ingram Prize was established to celebrate and support artists at the start of their careers. This exhibition, Harris' first in a public institution, will feature sculptures, reliefs and film works. Harris' art practice explores dehumanisation by looking at how women's bodies are positioned as things, while issues relating to motherhood, migration, labour, and culture are activated throughout her work.
