The Pinna is proud to present a series of Political Art Tours dedicated to Political Art and Artivism. The event will be hosted in different locations all over the city and will present its attendants with an overview of political artworks and practices currently on show in London.

About

The tours will take approximately one hour and led by The Pinna’s founder Gloria Campedelli. The first tour will take place at Tate Modern. Everyone interested in art, politics and activism is more than welcome. The tour doesn’t require any pre-knowledge. The Pinna is an art platform related to contemporary art, aiming to promote arts & culture across the world with particular attention to artists from conflict areas. The project's purpose focuses on social issues as well as education, gender equality, human rights violation and access to health care in the artists' country of origin. With the hope of a better future, The Pinna believes in a new way to look at the art market, free from speculation and focused on our most profound humanity, making possible a different and sustainable way of enjoying art.

ABOUT GLORIA CAMPEDELLI

Gloria Campedelli has a MA degree in Psychology (Padua University). After completing her master's in Management and Economics of Arts a Sole24Ore Business School in Rome, she collaborated with art galleries such as Galleria Continua, Dorothy Circus Gallery, Galleria del Cembalo and Hignell Gallery, in Italy and UK. She is the founder of The Pinna, an art platform focusing on art and activism. She has recently been accepted at Goldsmiths University to attend the MA in Arts and Politics and further develop The Pinna Project.
