An emerging collective of women artists of colour based in London hold their first group exhibition.
About
On International Women's Day 2019 our recently established visual art collective RIOT SOUP will be opening our first group exhibition to the public. The theme is celebrating and showcasing women artists of colour from a variety of BME backgrounds.
We have come together to take charge of our representation in the arts industry and reclaim the narrative surrounding women of colour in the UK. Our aim is to create opportunities and exposure for our group and cause while building a strong network and community of like-minded creative people.
Our disciplines range from digital illustration to photography to collage to paint and the exhibition will be free for all to visit throughout the weekend.
The gallery will be open from 11am to 5pm and your ticket permits entry anytime between these hours.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
