The Magma Group Show 2013

About

An exhibition of 10 artists whose work combines concept with expression, akin to Conceptual Romanticism, through the medium of painting, photography and sculpture. The Magma Group aim to embrace concepts in their work but don't retain them solely in in the intellect. The Magma artists share a path that is characterized by a conceptual and internal journey through expressive form, where sensation and expression give meaning to an exploration of the Self, an Other, as well as of the relationship of the artists with others, the world they live in, the universe.
