The Koppel Project Hive is happy to announce its’ Summer Edition of Open Studios. We will be putting together a small exhibition of artworks by artists currently working at The Hive as well as a drinks reception on Friday 9th August 2019.
About
The Hive Open Studios is an invitation to discover the working environment of a diverse selection of emerging and established London-based artists. Twice a year, The Hive’s artists display their works in progress and discuss them with curators, collectors, and the public.
The main aim of the open studios is to showcase the vibrancy of The Hive community artists. Working in large communal spaces, this event allows artists to illustrate their individual practices and vision and shows how they fit into the collective force of the community. Throughout the course of the weekend, visitors can see artists at work, take part in demonstrations, workshops, and talks. We will be putting together a small exhibition of artworks by artists currently working at The Hive as well as a drinks reception in the second floor project space from 6:00 to 8:00pm on Friday 9th August.
