Delve into a holographic universe of mystifying creatures and foreboding tales. Premiered at Royal Academy of Arts, this holographic production utilises cutting edge technology to evoke digital microcosms, transporting audiences into a dreamscape where the boundaries of reality are eradicated.
About
Tinderdust's The Forest of Phantasmagorias is a holographic, live music production which utilises cutting-edge holographic and augmented reality technologies to bring to life the creatures and microcosms that exists within each song. The performance spins around tales of majestic Sphinxes, caustic bees that annihilate minds, spellbinding forces of nature, and malevolent spirits that lie deep within augmented woodlands. The music draws on the subconscious, surrealism, and the avant-garde, and is a testament of how the mind can be awoken visually by sound, and led to alternate realities. The immersive technology we are using enables the creatures and stories in our songs to appear as holograms alongside us whilst we perform live, enveloping and transporting audiences into digital spheres where music, dreams, and imagination intertwine, drawing audiences wholly into a mystifying, holographic universe.
