About
"The Everyday and The Fantastic is an exhibition about where our experiences and routines merge with fantastical, abstract and transcendental realms – a space in which the imagination blossoms and where creative actions take place. Exploring this space is not just crucial to our activity as artists working at Project Ability, but also to our experience as people that sense, think and feel.
The show is the result of a collaborative effort that has been made over the last six months to set up an exhibition at Project Ability. It will be accomplished by a series of publications that we developed over the same period – one booklet by each participating artist, offering further insight into their individual practice."
-David Roder
Curated by David Roeder, following his Artist Residency with Project Ability in 2016, The Everyday and The Fantastic has been devised specifically for the artists working in Project Ability’s ReConnect programme. Project Ability would like to thank David for his time working with us and this exhibition about creativity!
