About
THE CUT is an exhibition of five contemporary British artists who create work by ‘cutting’. The exhibition features beautifully crafted paper-cuts by Charlotte Hodes, organic shapes by Richard Fox created using cut planks of sycamore wood, Jane McAdam Freud’s intriguing portraits, including one of Greatgrandfather
Sigmund Freud, made of chicken wire, John Douglas Piper’s intricate etchings made by cutting into sheets of metal, and Julian Meredith’s bold woodblock prints created by cutting into trunks of trees.
