The Cummings Twins utilise digital technology within their studio practice, their sculptural forms normally have been created using machine.
About
We welcome you to learn in our workshop how to use this machine. You will be experimenting with geometric designs and typography where your 2D designs are transformed into paper cuts. You will be shown a step by step process on how to get your desktop design to a final piece for you to take home.
Bankside Hotel in collaboration with Contemporary Collective will host an open studio with renowned artists The Cummings Twins. Mark and Paul Cummings’s will present a series of events on their ‘Here, Now and Then’ exhibition, featuring art talks, workshops, digital installations and performances, including their infamous Gong Performance – a music piece relating to Hermeticism and the healing arts.
