Sharing knowledge is a practice common to all living entities. Every culture, tradition and ritual is based on knowledge which is transmitted through communication and inter-individual relations; instinctive acts of receiving and passing on common information. As a practice of care, sharing knowledge allows us to evolve as individuals and as a society. It can also serve as a political tool, creating power relations and hierarchies when knowledge is made accessible for the privileged, or when it is used in the form of propaganda. 

Thanks for Sharing is a group exhibition, featuring the works of four artists sharing a studio together. The artists chose to create a dynamic, open and joint space, where each of them works individually. The show explores the inevitable process of sharing knowledge between the artists, and the unconscious mutual influences they are now discovering in their work. These influences are reflected in their thematic inspirations, materialistic effects or changes in processes. The artists examine diverse yet related matters, such as the creation of narratives, dramatisation, spirituality and ecology.
