About
A unique final degree show presenting the works of twenty-nine students on five cutting-edge M.A. courses in the Department of Fine Art at Kingston University.
The courses are led by Cullinan+Richards (British Art Show 7). Students are encouraged to explore a broad range of themes and media whilst positioning their work within current contemporary fine art practice.
The courses on show are M.A. Art & Space; M.A European Art Practice; M.A. Fine Art (With Learning And Teaching In Higher Education); M.A by Research, Art & Design; and M.A. Photography.
Taken from the last headline of the News Of The World newspaper before its closure, the title of the show sets a topical tone for the times and environment that these innovative artworks have been produced with each student also contributing to a group publication of the same name.
The final show will commence at Knights Park September 13th, 2011 with a Private View on September 14th, and continues September 15th.
In an exciting re-imagining of the show, a further exhibition will also be held at the Truman Brewery, London, special guests reception on September 22nd, 2011.
