"Symbols of Life: Explorations of Spirituality, Flora, and Self", brings together works that reflect upon some of the timeless symbols and ideas which have been central to our understanding of what it means to be alive and human, for millennia.
About
Through a variety of diverse works primarily created within the medium of painting, the artists within this exhibition are in some form and through a unique lens, exploring themes of spirituality, the human image, floral motifs, self-reflection, the inner life, and imaginal figures.
By drawing on these symbols, the works of the artists invite viewers to look within and reflect upon their own experiences, the notion of transcendence, and the search for meaning. Through their creations, each artist herein offers a unique glimpse and perspective into the mysteries of the human soul, encouraging us to embrace more of the wonder, beauty, and complexity of our existence, as we venture through this curious experience that we call life.
