Supper Club is a project created in 2015 by artist Inês Neto dos Santos. It exists in the form of various eating experiences, designed as platforms for creative discussion and conversation and is based around the idea that, very often, the most interesting conversations happen around the dinner table without us realising it.
For each event, Inês collaborates with a different artist. The space and food are designed in relation to each artist’s work: whether inspired by their practice or by the interests they share with Inês. Inês both curates the event and creates the food, acting as chef and curator in equal measure.
Supper Club aims to push the boundaries of what it means to share a meal and a table with someone, as well as revealing the incredible potential that food holds in unlocking the discussion of new ideas and concepts.
