  The perfect way to find out more about our exhibitions is to join a free, bitesize Spotlight Tour. The tours are informal and Baltic Crew share great insights into the artworks on display and the building itself.
• Kittiwake Talk
  Find out about Baltic's popular residents (As seen in BBC's Springwatch 2022), recognised as being the furthest inland kittiwake colony in the world, in this free tour with Baltic Crew.

  Our Art Car Boot Fair is back, and you're heartily invited to join the fun. Join us for a day shopping fantastic art and gifts from regional artists and makers, on a chilled backdrop of music sets and Quayside views.
• Michael Rakowitz exhibition opens
  The opening weekend of Michael Rakowitz: The Waiting Gardens of the North. Commissioned by Baltic in partnership with the IWM 14-18 NOW Legacy Fund , this major project responds to conflict by, figuratively and literally, nurturing a community and an evolving indoor garden landscape.

  Get inspired with Baltic Library this International Zine Month. Explore artist-led workshops and inspire yourself with a browse of our extensive zine collection.
