About
Poet/dancer duo Nia & Ness will perform an excerpt of their new piece, “home'“, which will premier at the Outsider Fest in Austin, Tx. This work focuses on the specific positioning of the duo’s black, female, lesbian experience in our current time and space.
“ANIMA”, created and performed by Suku Dance Lab, is an immersive solo performance that challenges the idea of femininity in the context of our dominant patriarchal society.
