This is the first of our occasional Solo Short exhibitions at The Chapel Gallery, Bromyard. Focusing on the work of an individual artist, the work will be on show over one weekend in the Front Room Gallery. Open daily with pop-up café. ‘Still Looking …’ features the work of artist Roger Percival. Roger spent 6 years in art schools followed by 12 years lecturing in North Wales. He then ran his own business for 30 years but has spent the last 15 years painting and drawing in his studio. His work originates in the landscape. Known for his abstract works, he uses drawing as a means of exploration and painting to create the final images. He has always been drawn to landscapes where man has added to or manipulated it. He is a member of Abstract Edge (a Shropshire based group of artists) and his work has been shown locally and in Wales.
