‘Still life painting, in oil from life for beginners’,

The course is designed for total beginners, those seeking a ‘refresher’ or those who are new to oils. The course is structured with demonstrations at each step of the process.
You will learn how to start a still life painting, how to paint from life, how to use oil paint, basic palette and mediums. 

Fran will set up a still life in her studio for you to study. Fran is open to ideas if you have a subject in mind; you are also welcome to bring your own subject (provided Fran can check it before hand).

The course is £170
you will need to bring:
A still life subject (I will provide if wanted)
Brush's- a minimum of four brushes ideally size 0,2,4 suitable for oil painting. (My preference is square long flat)
One 12x16inch (or similar) canvas or board ready for oil paint.
A Palette.

Please note that places will not be secured until the £60 deposit has been paid.
