Come and celebrate spring at the Sally Army Art Fair 2020. Offering for sale a fine selection of paintings, sculpture, prints, cards and more!!! Live music, poetry and performance at the opening party on Friday 27th and the finissage on Sunday 29th.

About

An opportunity to meet local artists, listen to some music and poetry, enjoy live art performances, and find something unique and very special to purchase.

Jewellery from Jackie Blumler's beautiful retro collection, inspired by buttons.

British Academy of Jewellery trained Bandon Jackson offers unique pieces with a counterculture aesthetic

Dick Graham's cards and prints are renowned for being delicate yet bold, humorous and politically subversive.

A selection of wonderful paintings on various themes such as journeying and healing, still life, floral and botanical works, urban landscapes, fairytale narratives and personal interpretations from the archives of our collective conscious. All astonishingly rich and vibrant! From Ruby Alice, Joanna McCormick, Esther Harbord, Caroline Hands, Frances Greville, Edori Fertig, Roisin Quinn Wallace and Brandon Jackson.

Katya Kan's intricate yet disturbing drawings and Glenn Fitzy Fitzpatrick's diverse sculptures that raise questions from the political debate surrounding war and peace.

At the opening party on Friday 27th come and meet Calum F Kerr's J D Swann, and purchase an original ornothological art item. Gasp in amazement at Gordon Douglas Raeburn on the bagpipes. Be transported by the wonder of Moon Moon Sing Sing's ethereal meanderings, and delight in the literary grace and dextrous poetry of Sooz Belnavis.

On the closing afternoon from 3pm, witness Deptford Wives deliver their humorous, frank and open, neatly crafted tunes. Experience Jackie Blumler's wry and witty  poetry. Be amazed by Frog Morris, as he delivers the spectacular and infamous "Angry Badger".

All proceeds go to support our local branch of the Sally Army in Nunhead.  Their work with the local community includes supporting people experiencing homelessness and combatting isolation and prejudice.
