Signet Contemporary Art is delighted to present a new Spring Exhibition running from our gallery in Chelsea from the 19th March – 29th May 2022, featuring the work of twelve international and British artists.
About
The exhibition will cover the theme of Spring conveyed through the work of Peter Engels, Heidi von Faber, Shannon Fannin, Magdalena Morey, Lori Mirabelli, Garry Pereira, Robert E Wells RBA NEAC, Luis Fuentes, Judy Woods, Rory J Browne, Harry Brioche, and Nathan Neven. As we escape our cumbersome coats and gloves of winter and welcome in the fresh rays of sunshine this time of year joyfully delivers, prepare to feast on new paintings by our contemporary artists who are inspired by the renewed and exciting possibilities of the season.
The gallery will be teeming with a selection of styles and subject matter that effuse an idyllic sense of the cheerfulness and vivacity of spring. Our walls will be budding with works by artists featured in the gallery for the very first time, such as the enticingly hyper-real still lives by Heidi von Faber, attractively atmospheric in their content, presenting enlivened everyday objects illuminated against dark backdrops. New artist Shannon Fannin’s mesmerising realistic automobile paintings fetch intimate perspectives of the structure and form of classic vehicles, embodying within them the history of transportation machines through precisely rendered brushstrokes. We are also proud to introduce the greatly appealing textured portraits by renowned artist Peter Engels to our collection, imparting the rich character of his celebrity subject matter in dashingly stylish black and white tones and sepia colours.
The exhibition guarantees a mixture of British and international scenes, as well as a variety of mediums by a collective of emerging and well-established artists. With works that approach classical themes invigorated from a contemporary perspective, to compelling modern styles and approaches to painting, Signet Contemporary Art will be blooming with gripping original artworks this spring.
