About
Bringing together artists, poets, comedians, campaigners and politicians, the festival will use the arts as a way of engaging audiences and shining a light on the experiences of the women that PramDepot supports.
Events include: Women Detained, a night of performance, film and discussion; Stand Up for Asylum, a comedy night; Woven Gold, the refugee and asylum-seeker choir in concert; Asylum in Focus, our two-day film festival; Hope in a Hostile Environment, an evening of spoken word poetry; Asylum InQuizition, an educational quiz night hosted by MP David Lammy; and Asylum Angels, an art auction featuring works from artists including Anthony Gormley, Alison Wilding, Tracey Emin, Mark Wallinger and Rachel Whiteread.
