Hussi Kutlucans Fernsehfilm Ich Chef, Du Turnschuh von 1998 erzählt die Geschichte des armenischen Asylbewerbers Dudie, der sich nach Berlin durchschlägt und auf der Großbaustelle am Reichstag zu arbeiten beginnt. Von Kutlucan mit Witz und Charme selbst gespielt, purzelt Dudie von einer dramatischen Situation in die nächste – ohne sich seiner Lebensfreude berauben zu lassen.

Hussi Kutlucan's TV feature Ich Chef, Du Turnschuh from 1998 tells the story of the Armenian refugee Dudie who makes it to Berlin and starts working at the huge construction site next to the Reichstag. Played by Kutlucan himself with charm and humour, Dudie stumbles from one dramatic situation to the next – without ever losing his 
joy of life.
