Art of Matter presents Special Blend: an exhibition and publication launch coming to ArtLacuna | SPACE in October. Art of Matter is run by a small group of students in their final year at a range of art schools from across the UK.
About
Special Blend will feature the work of 18 undergraduate, postgraduate and young artists from around the UK. Brighton, London, Bristol, Glasgow, Dublin and Manchester.
This is an exhibition with the motivation to create an inspiring and engaging environment exhibiting a diverse body of work, including: poetry, music, painting, illustration, photography, film, discussion and print.
The exhibition plays with redefining the traditional gallery setting, to create an immersive environment that identifies with the lived experience displaying captured moments of creation and artistic liberation. Presenting, a ‘Special Blend’ of installation and performance which invites the viewer in to explore and experience an alternative place of being.
