Duncan Whitley is the first commissioned artist in SoundFjord's new commissioning programme. The result, Sbarbi's Arrow - and installation with sound video and narrowcast correspondence direct from Spain - opens at SoundFjord on 21 March and runs with a rich programme of associated events until 22 April 2013.
