  • Cutty Sark DLR station (two minutes)
  • The closest train station to Stockwell Street is Greenwich Station (a four-minute walk). There is also a regular boat service offered by Thames Clippers which stops next to the Old Royal Naval College (the older university campus), near to the Heritage Gallery. It runs from Westminster and stops at other locations along the route, taking around 35 minutes in total.

Hosted at the Stephen Lawrence Gallery from Nautical Twilight to High Tide on the 21st December, Time and Tide is the Greenwich segment of Solstice Shorts: a festival of live stories, poems and songs about living and making new lives over and beside the water.

About

Solstice Shorts 2019 is a festival of live stories, poems and songs about living on & beside the water, and making new lives over the water. Hosted at the Stephen Lawrence Gallery from Nautical Twilight (16.33) until High Tide (21:18), Time and Tide is the Greenwich segment of a larger set of events. The Festival is bringing performances in seven port towns on coasts and tidal rivers in four countries: England, Scotland, Wales and Portugal.
