A collection of 365 daily drawings, the Sketch A Day Project is a product of a New Year's Resolution documenting 2014 through the eyes of artist and illustrator Jane Moore.
About
The Sketch A Day Project began on the 1st January 2014, when Storyboard Artist and Illustrator Jane Moore decided to keep a journal of sketches as a New Year’s Resolution. Since then she has been recording observations, thoughts and ideas in a collection of trusty Moleskine sketchbooks.
To celebrate the project's first year, all 365 pieces will be exhibited in Shapes, from the 22nd to 28th of January. Come down and join us!
On Thursday 22nd January, the doors will open for the press and public to step inside the wonderful world of the Sketch A Day. There will be performances from the virtuoso guitarist Peter Black and singer songwriter & composer Andrew M Pisanu. On Saturday the 24th the Sketch A Day Project is collaborating with Love is the Law Magazine to bring you a whole host of Artists and Performers from 2pm onwards.
